Return/Refund policy

Introduction

At BricksMart we offer building materials and hardware both. We make it clear that you need to provide an advance amount to place an order on our website. After placing the order, we make the delivery of our products to your address. This Return Policy lets you understand how and when we process the return of a product.

Your Cancellation Rights

We strictly ask you to check the delivered item immediately and if you find any issue with the product then you need to inform our delivery agent. We will process the return request for the product at the same time. In case you have broken the seal of any product then we will be able to take it back.

BricksMart will reimburse the amount within 48 hours of the cancellation of the order via the same payment method. We never charge a fee to refund your amount. However, if the order has reached your address, then you have to pay the labour and transportation charges.

Conditions for Returns

The eligibility criteria to return a product is as follows:

The seal of the product is not broken
The goods are in the original packaging
The products are not used or broken

We reject the return request of the product under the following circumstances:

The supplied goods are as per your specification or clearing personalized
The nature of the goods is not suitable to return, deteriorate rapidly, or where the date of expiry is over
If the product is not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and was unsealed after delivery
If the product is not in its original state and inseparably mixed with other items
